Following a focus on international expansion in 2024, we are now committed to expanding our existing footprint within Australia.
So, we are looking for Pod Leaders to join our established leadership team in:
- Sydney
- Melbourne
- Brisbane
- Adelaide
- Perth
- Canberra
The Pod Leader is a performance-based role with the opportunity to comfortably earn $140-250k+ p/a.
As an experienced and driven professional your days are your own, structuring your days, weeks, and months to achieve your goals. Working between approx. 30 hours per week you’ll have a balance of WFM, meeting clients and partners onsite along with catching up with your team in person and remotely.
Your primary responsibilities are:
Business Development
▪️Identifying and activating existing and new referral networks
▪️Meeting and securing new clients
▪️Conducting kick-off workshops
Team Leadership
▪️Lead and support your team of 10 experienced marketing professionals
About You
We have two distinct client types, so you’ll need an established network with one of these groups or an enthusiastic attitude to build one!
Bonus points if you can do both!
You could be an established professional in the marcomms industry looking for a change and challenge. Or a proven senior sales professional looking for a role that you can make your own.
1) SMEs
We provide the complete in-house marketing solution for these clients. Although industry agnostic, we do specialise in supporting B2Bs.
As an established senior sales professional, you’ll understand how to build networks, communicate our proposition, and be disciplined to implement and action a continuous new business strategy.
2) Internal Marketing Teams – Resource Support
We support leaders of internal marketing teams with their resource challenges. From sidelined to special projects, extended leave coverage, and peak periods, our people work in-house on short term contracts to solve the client’s resource challenge.
You’ll be an experienced professional from media , agency, or client-side which has allowed you to develop a strong network with leaders of internal marketing teams.
