We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Han Bailey as The Marketing Room’s Chief Customer & Experience Officer. With over 20 years of experience in customer engagement, loyalty, CRM, and guest experience, Han brings a wealth of expertise to our team and will be leading our new Customer & Experience division.
Throughout her career, Han has worked with some of Australia’s most iconic brands, including Qantas, David Jones, and The Star Entertainment Group. She has a proven track record in designing customer-centric strategies that not only drive engagement but also deliver long-term value, enhancing both customer satisfaction and business performance.
Han’s passion for building insight-driven strategies that align with business goals makes her the perfect fit to lead this new division at The Marketing Room. We’re particularly excited to launch this division to provide businesses with the expert support they need to grow through their loyalty and CRM programs. Han is also particularly drawn to The Marketing Room’s mission to create meaningful opportunities for women returning to the workforce after maternity leave.
