With over 25 years of experience spanning marketing, brand strategy, communications, and organisational transformation across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally, Melanie brings a wealth of expertise and a proven ability to lead at the highest levels. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded major rebrands, culture change programs, and transformation initiatives for some of the region’s most recognised organisations, including Vodafone NZ, ASB Bank, IAG Insurance, Auckland Council, Holden, and DraftFCB.
Melanie also founded her own change and communications consultancy, working closely with boards and executives to successfully align brand, culture, and strategy. She has been consistently recognised for her ability to deliver measurable engagement and commercial outcomes, particularly during times of significant change.
Known for her skill in navigating complex environments, uniting diverse stakeholders, and translating strategic vision into meaningful, practical action, Melanie thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. At The Marketing Room, she brings a powerful combination of marketing expertise, cultural insight, and transformation leadership that will help clients unlock potential, accelerate performance, and embed lasting change.
